We're now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Business Development Team in Warwick to help us continue to make that difference.

Role overview

As part of a talented team of Sales Administrators and Analysts, this role will be crucial in supporting First Utility's residential sales channels. There will be a responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely feedback and reporting against agreed service levels.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys communicating with a variety of people, but who is also able to focus to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced with data and administration and eager to learn and keen to support the team and wider business.

Areas of specific responsibility

  • Ongoing reporting to our partners on their sales

  • Maintain and update tracking information of sales, data fixes, incentives etc

  • Monitoring and processing of sales representatives applications and training

  • Processing and checking commissions calculations for third party sales

  • Reconciliation of sales submitted

  • Create and maintain documented procedures and process maps

  • Creating ad hoc emails/letters to customers and business partners

  • Any other administrative tasks as needed

Essential criteria

  • Advanced level of skill in excel is essential

  • Strong administration skills
  • Confident in other computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

  • Highly numerate and proacitve
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution

Desirable criteria

  • Able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks

  • A flexible approach, in order to accommodate flexible business needs

  • An understanding of the energy industry is desirable but not essential
