Recruitment Compliance Administrator for a marketing leading care provider in Lichfield, temporary - permanent basis with immediate start available.
The key duties of this role:
- Compliance Administration involving DBS checks and reference checks
- Keeping on top of a busy inbox and responding to enquiries within agreed SLA's
- Able to multi-task and update case work loads
- Be the first point of contact for all recruitment queries, both externally and internally
- Full administration process of the recruitment cycle
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Working within a recruitment team
- Strong administration experience
- Experience working with agencies/terms of business
This position requires a candidate with in-depth experience of administration and the recruitment process. My client would be happy to review CV's from candidates who have worked within administration from a care background.
