Registered manager job for a respite service for adults with LD. Mon - Fri - Good CQC ratings. GBP25k

Your new company
This organisation is a local charity in Evesham that support adults with Learning disabilities. This particular setting is a beautiful respite and day centre with 6 beds. Set in beautiful surroundings this service offers a fantastic facility for carers to gain a break and for people with Learning disabilities to be supported in a wonderful home full of activities.

Your new role
This is a Registered manager position but would be ideal for a Deputy manager who is looking for the next step up. Your job is to act as the CQC Registered manager and ensure the smooth and safe running of the respite and day centre. Staff management, rota coordination, ensuring the service achieves good outcomes with CQC and most of all ensure the service users enjoy the time they are using the services. This job is Monday to Friday and you will be able to manage your own time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked in a Deputy / Team manager position previously within a service for adults with Learning disabilities. Hold an NVQ level three in Health and Social care, have a good understanding of CQC managed services.
