You will Account Manage a portfolio of accounts across all services offered and on strategic accounts. You will be responsible for compiling accurate data submissions, ensuring that data submitted complies with legal requirements and regulations. This would suit someone with good customer services experience or a graduate, with a keen interest in numerical reasoning, communicating in a variety of ways working with a range of different kinds of businesses.
You will build strong working relationships with your accounts and you will ensure that a regular and appropriate level of communication with the account occurs, identifying areas for increased interaction and service improvement.
You will quickly develop a good knowledge of the company services offered and will provide outstanding customer service.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will have a customer focused approach, with relevant customer service experience or the confidence and personality to handle this kind of role, along with an understanding or a willingness to understand data accuracy and data analysis.
You must have the ability to quickly take on large quantities of technical information and disseminate this information in a professional manner when required.
You will have accomplished IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, solution orientated problem-solving ability and a collaborative working style. You will also have excellent planning and scheduling ability and very sound organisation skills. You will need a full UK driving licence.
This is a permanent position with a commencing salary of up to GBP20,000 per annum plus a bonus of up to 10% of basic salary. There are excellent benefits and holidays and substantial opportunities for advancement.
