Due to contuinued growth we are assisting our long standing client with a number of Customer Service positions starting ASAP.
Due to the location of the role candidates need to be able to drive and have access to transport.
Duties will include
- Handling incoming calls
- Providing a high level of customer service to customers
- Dealing with queries at all levels
- Updating information on the computer system
- Liaising with internal departments
- Complaint resolution
37.5 on a rota basis between 8.00 am - 8.00 pm including rotational Saturdays 9.00 am - 5.00 pm with a day off in the week
20 Hours - Either 8.00 am - 12.00 pm OR 4.00 pm - 8.00 pm - Saturdays on a rotational basis 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
This role pays National Minimum Wage / Living Wage for the first 8 weeks rising to GBP17,000 ( 8.72 per hour ) when permanent.
