Our ambitions continue to grow and our new Vice Principal Finance and Resources will be an influential player in the future success and development of the college.

You will provide strategic leadership and direction across Finance, Estates, MIS and other associated support areas, enabling us to meet the challenges faced by the sector.

The post will promote long term financial stability and effective resource management, ensuring that we maximise our opportunities and work collaboratively with partner organisations.  You will have the opportunity to impact positively on the whole college through strong data management and development of efficient systems to enhance performance.

Our successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record of financial planning and control at a senior management level. 

You should demonstrate a forward-thinking approach, strong leadership skills and the ability to engage effectively within and beyond the college. The ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce and an innovative, tenacious approach are of key importance.

Knowledge of the FE education arena together with an appreciation of the education funding regime would be beneficial; however, we welcome applications from high calibre individuals from diverse sector backgrounds.
