Senior HR Advisor (law firm)
I am currently working with the Birmingham office of an international law firm who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor. This person will be reporting into a Manager based in a different UK office so this person must have the ability to work on their own and be happy being the main point of contact for all HR queries within the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Offer HR generalist support to the entire Birmingham office;
- Manage and lead on any ER issues that arise;
- Work closely with the business on firmwide strategies and succession plans;
- Work closely with the wider UK HR and recruitment teams to deliver consistent specialist services.
To be considered for the role, you must have previous experience operating at the HR Advisor level and you must possess extensive experience of managing complex employee relations cases. You will ideally have worked in a law firm but other professional/financial services environments will be considered.
