The Digital Manager role is to drive revenue and engagement through online channels - this will be done by increasing online traffic and delivering excellent online customer experience and driving customer engagement.

Client Details

Our client are a Global Business that are embarking on various integration projects. They are based in Warwickshire and are easily commutable from around the Midlands.


The Digital Manager role involves:

- Driving targeted traffic to the business websites

- Driving customer acquisition and loyalty through online channels

- Driving conversion levels on eCommerce channels

- Working with internal stakeholders to formalise and implement the digital strategy

- Creating a social media strategy

- Driving SEO to increase traffic - using SEO tools to investigate best practice, competitor behaviour and to improve site performance

- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on customers activities online

- Providing input for the global digital strategy and business plans - aiming it at optimising online revenue and customer satisfaction by identifying market and customer opportunities

- Implementing, analysing and reporting on usage, usability, conversion and digital marketing ROI and identifying and driving potential improvements

- Monitoring competitor positioning and promotion


In order to be considered for the Digital Manager role you must have:

- A degree in marketing, digital or online marketing

- Previous experience with implementing and using web analytics, online surveys, competitive bench-marking and social media

- Proven ability in analysing online customer behaviour, marketing ROI and user satisfaction

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

- Strong presentation skills

- Experience with website redesigns

- Experience with carrying online revenue and budget management responsibilities

- Proven ability in managing online channels and online marketing

- Knowledge of the online market, ecommerce and online marketing agencies

- Experience of general project management

- Experience of PPC and SEO practices

- Experience of social media techniques

Job Offer
