Our 14,500 hard working lifestyle Couriers make this happen and provide a high quality doorstep service, with our Field Managers supporting and inspiring them along the way.

The Field Manager is essential in overseeing and managing the region's couriers 'final mile' delivery service.

Your job will be to ensure that the business and customer expectations are met by driving an excellent customer experience. You'll make sure KPIs are continually monitored in order to meet customer satisfaction and minimise enquiries through issue resolution and escalation management. Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You'll have accountability for specific tasks such as:

    Reviewing the service performance with self-employed couriers for all delivery typesWorking alongside the Compliance Manager on targetsInterviewing, selecting and on-boarding couriers that fit the courier profileNegotiating service cost, pay rates & rate reviews for couriersResponsible for Service performance in nominated Sub Depots
