A requirement for an Interim Director of Faculty Administration has arisen working for a large University based in the Midlands to strategically lead operations and administrative services .
Your new role
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Faculty Administration will contribute to the strategic development of the faculty in line with University's strategic vision. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of an efficient administration service within your designated faculty, providing advice to staff on policy, procedure and regulation. Alongside this, you will lead on and manage the quality assurance and improvement processes, ensuring that the quality requirements are met in line with University, QAA and regulatory bodies expectations.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be a highly skilled leader with a proven track record of managing large high performing teams, ideally within the Higher Education sector. You will have managed operations and change within a complex environment and will be a strategic thinker with a structured approach to problem solving.
