Our exclusive and valued client based in Kenilworth is looking to recruit a high volume of Customer Service Advisors. These positions are to start IMMEDIATELY so do not delay in applying.

Have you had experience in Customer Service either in an office or retail or seeking a role within Customer Service if so we want to hear from you, due to a huge project our client are looking for a number of Customer Service staff to join their team!

Hours: Monday - Sunday

Shifts to suit

8am - 12.00

8am - 14pm

4pm - 8pm

All part time shifts will include weekends 9am - 1pm

The Role

Our client is looking for a high volume of Customer Service Advisors to join the team due to company growth and expansion. The overall aim of the customer service team is to support existing customers or potential new customers by resolving any issues that may arise. Your roles and responsibilities will include

  • Respond to customer communications via: Telephone, Email, Social Media and Letters

  • Provide information to customers by verifying information and understand the request

  • To provide a high level of customer service.

  • Maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.

  • Liaising and developing a rapport with customers.

  • To handle customer enquires in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Work cross functionally with other departments.

  • Able to manage own time and productivity effectively, to meet service requirements.

  • Meet performance expectations

    The Candidate

    You will have the following skills, experiences and attributes…

  • Previous experience in Customer Service is Essential

  • Experience in a Call Centre Environment would be beneficial

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Communicate effectively in high pressure scenarios.

  • Customer service orientated.

  • Must be confident and courteous on the telephone and be able communicate effectively

  • Has the ability to make proactive recommendations.

  • Works well with a team environment

  • Is proactive
