Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a worldwide company and fully support a Manager within purchasing in the manufacturing industry. To tick all the boxes for this role you will have great experience in arranging international business travel, have experience in using SAP and come from a manufacturing/purchasing background. You will be fundamental in ensuring that everyday tasks run efficiently. You will need to be aware of creating a lasting first impression when liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be a confident, professional and highly skilled Personal Assistant, with the ability to prioritise and organise tasks. You will be used to managing a demanding diary, email accounts and providing support with administration and documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You will excel in all areas of being a Personal Assistant, being proactive and self-motivated whilst also using own initiative and having a high attention to detail. You need to have outstanding MS Office experience, have experience using SAP, excellent interpersonal skills and also fantastic analytical skills. Preferred candidates will come from a manufacturing/purchasing background and will have great experience arranging international business travel.
