A manufacturing organisation in Coventry are currently seeking a Process Improvement Engineer. If you have the ability to drive root cause resolution of product failure, then you could be the Process Improvement Engineer that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Process Improvement Engineer, you'll be working on a range of manufacturing engineering projects, seeking to improve quality, cost and delivery in line with objectives and targets. You'll display excellent communication skills when working with customers and suppliers in order to ensure that requirements are understood, agreed and achieved. In addition to this, you'll take an active role when participating in the design, development and manufacturing of bespoke tooling and equipment.

What skills/experience should you have?

- Significant experience in a similar role
- Degree / HND in engineering or a similar discipline
- Some experience of working in the automotive industry
