Your new role
A Senior Reward & Performance Analyst/Manager will support the Reward team by leading the modelling and analysis of the annual pay and variable bonus review process. The postholder will support performance and reward products from development to implementation. The Senior Reward & Performance Analyst will provide accurate data to allow compensation and benefits budgeting on a local and global basis. Additionally the role will support reward projects and audit reviews as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be credible Reward Management Information professional who has experience gained within a large international organisation. Advanced excel skills and a strong working knowledge of VBA is essential. Candidates need to be highly analytical, problem solvers and committed to continuous improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders is vital to success.
