As the Assistant Accountant, you will report directly into the Finance Manager, and work closely with the wider organisation.
Key responsibilities include;
- Matching, batching and coding supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Raising sales orders
- Processing expenses
- Bank account reconciliations
- Maintaining the petty cash
- Supporting the month end process
- Assisting the Finance Manager with adhoc duties as and when required
- AAT Qualified highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work in a busy environment
- A pragmatic and 'hands on' approach
