A varied and broad Accounts Assistant role is now available for a growing business based in Solihull.

Description

As the Assistant Accountant, you will report directly into the Finance Manager, and work closely with the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Matching, batching and coding supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Raising sales orders
  • Processing expenses
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Maintaining the petty cash
  • Supporting the month end process
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with adhoc duties as and when required

Profile

  • AAT Qualified highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a busy environment
  • A pragmatic and 'hands on' approach
