The Role

A Windows, Servers, Exchange, Networking Service Desk Manager is required for this exciting opportunity with a leading IT services provider. You'll be providing support to Field and Technical engineers across the business. Your responsibilities will include managing escalated calls, offering high-level technical advice and overseeing the functions of the Service Desk, ensuring high quality service for clients. You'll have a broad technical skillset and experience in a Senior Engineer/ Manager/ Team Lead capacity.
