A very established Probate company are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to work on a 3-month fixed term contract. This role is working with the Finance / Estate Administration Team to complete a project where rectification activity needs to be undertaken on a number of customer records.

The role is a mix of administration and finance duties and therefore demands a high level of accuracy and diligence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Issuing letters to customers and dealing with enquiries
  • Processing payments for customers
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring funds are allocated to the correct cases
  • Processing and checking payments that are requested by other departments

Person Specification:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using Sage
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Accurate data entry skills

Salary: £18,000 pro rata
