Ash Green School is a high-performing, friendly and oversubscribed 11-18 school (920 students on roll) located in Warwickshire, close to the border of Coventry.
We are seeking to appoint a talented, highly motivated and inspirational professional who will be responsible for supporting the health and wellbeing of the students on role. Experience of supporting young people in a mental health capacity is essential.
The newly appointed member of staff will have experience of working in a therapeutic setting. They will be ambitious, committed and hardworking team player who will support the academy to raise the profile and ongoing commitment of the inclusion department and, more widely, the academy.
We are proud of our varied curriculum, which we review and reflect upon based on students' feedback. We aim to engage and meet the needs, yet challenge each and every student.
