Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:45 pm

33 holiday days including statutory (bank) holidays

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Redditch who are within easy access from Birmingham, Kidderminster and Coventry. Working alongside a variety of industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Agriculture and Construction they supply superior products and due to their high standards, they have become synonymous with quality and the ability to provide a bespoke product to suit their clients' requirements.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to serve as a primary contact and as an important source of coordination between the company and customers. Duties:

- Handle all inbound sales calls and provide accurate information and advice on the full product range
- Take sales orders and enter accurate product & pricing information onto the inhouse CRM System 'Campfire'
- Assist with maintaining the enquiry and 'Request for Quotation' system
- Maintain and update sales files, databases and records for stock control
- Provide general administrative support for all departments when required
- Assist in coordinating customer specific forms such as feasibility, capability, cost, breakdown and packaging
- Analyse sales & forecast data and produce reports, documents, briefing papers & presentations that will help to implement projects and action plans to ensure the company achieve their goals and targets
- Carry out market research with customers and competitors
- Attend meetings, exhibitions and trade shows when required
- Liaise with the manufacturing plant to ensure that all objectives are being met
- Prepare visitation schedules by coordinating visits to customers by sales, engineering & manufacturing staff

Experience Required:

- Although experience is not required a good knowledge of sales processes is essential
- The ability to read and interpret technical documents would be an advantage but is not essential

Personal Profile:

- Ideally educated to degree level
- Proficient with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work with business math, such as discounts, proportions and percentages
- An interest in analysing/researching
- The ability to prioritise and schedule your workload
