As a Shift Manager, your role will see you lead the team in maintaining our high standards on every shift you run. You'll have the drive to motivate and coach the team to provide a level of service that 'wows’ our customers, and keeps them coming back.
As part of the Management team, you'll be supported to develop other skills including driving sales, customer service and controlling costs in order to deliver profit. This role offers a great first step onto the management ladder for people who have passion and the drive to succeed.
- Proven track record of personally delivering high standards of customer service in a pressurised environment; identifying, understanding, and giving priority to satisfying the needs of customers.
- Experience of coaching, supporting or supervising team members or peers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Planning, organising and time management skills.
- IT skills
- Experience gained within the Hospitality or Retail industries (preferably QSR / fast food).
- Team Leadership / Shift Manager experience.
- Experience in sales.
