£38,000 plus package 12 months Fixed Term Contract

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of the Energy Services design team, where you will be responsible for process design and requirements gathering for number of process re-engineering initiatives across our metering and ECO services. You will develop excellent relationships with business leads, run workshops, map processes/process changes using the existing npower process hierarchy framework, gather requirements, identify business benefits and support any system changes throughout the project lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who is process focussed (with excellent attention to detail) with an engaging manner and excellent communication skills. You will preferably have BCS/ISEB BA certification or equivalent, with experience in working in a utilities business. Key skills and experience required
Sound analytical skills, capable of clearly identifying improvements to address problems proactively including root cause analysis
Highly organised with a methodical but pragmatic and, where needed, flexible approach in order to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Extensive knowledge and experience of process design/redesign, ideally with a background using lean/six sigma principles.
