About the Role
The objective of this role is to manage and lead a team within the Reactive Dispatch workflow management function for Severn Trent's Distribution service technician community. This community consists of approximately 375 field technicians for our water Infra business across the Severn Trent region. You will be looking to deliver a high quality schedule of work for the Distribution service technician workforce to execute, with the objective of meeting our customers' expectations and Company performance metrics. You will also ensure the robust resourcing of emergency events, supporting the incident management process at Severn Trent.

About You
Your ability to and experience in managing people and working collaboratively with stakeholders across a large geographical area will be essential to the success of this role. Also advantageous will be experience of working in a planning role and using planning and scheduling software and systems. Within this fast paced role and environment, your ability to manage complex operational requirements against a suite of priorities will be essential. You will be exposed to a number of different operational challenges and a Awareness of TMA, NRSWA and permits will help you. Being a Self-motivated and committed to continual improvement will be a great strength to have as well as having strong organisational and facilitation skills
