Job Title: Facilities Assistant

Salary: £16,200

Duties will include:

  • Photocopying high volume of work within set deadlines
  • Collating various documents
  • High volumes of Scanning documents
  • Working hours are on a flexible shift basis covering 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, working 37 hours in total per week
  • Ad hoc duties

Our client is a Professional Services company who are based in Birmingham City Centre. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, pay attention to detail, producing a high quality standard of work, as well as IT skills.
