About the role
GP strategies provides Training and Learning solutions to a variety of clients on a global scale, with that in mind all training materials need to be accessible and functional in many different languages. Although you will not be translating the content yourself, you will be working very closely with the Translation Team who will work with you to do this.
This role is very much client facing and will require the candidate to have excellent Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to adapt and flex to each client’s different needs and processes. You will primarily be working with our main financial client on the translation of all of their learning materials. You will be working on projects on a global scale that at times can be complex and challenging; however, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of the project right through the deployment.
This is a small, but super busy team that require someone who can build those relationships quickly, confident in managing multiple projects at once and most importantly deliver what is required to an exceptional standard.
What will you do?
·Act as the key contact for all aspects of the project, ensuring the client is satisfied and expectations are ata minimum being met
·Initiate project set up and hosting kick off meetings
·Constantly monitor and track project deliverables to ensure they are on time
·Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports to both clients and stakeholders
·Manage and track project budgets, completing all finance activities within the required timescales
·Address critical issues promptly and are addressed promptly, communicated to those who need to know and when necessary escalated
·Manage Learning Management System (LMS) deployment plans
·Support the Project Coordinators within the Translation Team as well as the wider Design and Development Team
·Manage client relationships and establish their trust, attend meetings with them when requested
Do you have?
·Previous experience in a Project Management role is essential
·L&D background is preferred but not essential
·Proven experience of managing multiple complex projects
·Proven leadership and management skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Strong Stakeholder Management ability
·Strong analytical and data reporting skills
