Role Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented CRM Marketing Manager to join the Häfele Marketing team based at our Head Office in Rugby. This position will play a lead role in driving forward and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy across a range of sectors and channels. You’ll have a proven track record in a B2B environment, a passion for customer data and insight, experience working with Salesforce as a CRM tool and the motivation to really drive improvement in our customer relationship management.

Key Performance Indicators:

Working within a supportive marketing communications team, you’ll be responsible for:

·CRM Strategy: Help us design and implement an overarching CRM strategy that grows customer acquisition, loyalty and lifetime value.

·Customer Lifecycle communications: Deliver an effective communications plan, identifying high quality audiences and driving engagement throughout the lifecycle.

·Customer Insight: Demonstrate a high level of understanding and an ability to interrogate customer data, identifying areas of concern or opportunity.

·Analytical Recommendations: Create reports which provide insightful conclusions for future recommendations that the wider business can utilise positively.

·Supporting the wider marketing team: Providing support to the wider marketing team where necessary/appropriate.


·Minimum of 3+ years CRM experience, preferably within a B2B environment

·Experience of working with and developing CRM tools, such as Salesforce

·Excellent analytical skills and an ability to produce clear, concise reporting

·Experience in working successfully with third party suppliers/agencies.

·Excellent communication skills – oral and written.

·An appreciation for creative design and the creative process.
