PMO Analyst - Change Analyst

We are actively looking to secure an enthusiastic and knowledgeable PMO Analyst to join Experis.

We work with some of the largest Blue Chip consultancies in the UK, providing excellent training and development opportunities and professional experience on key projects.

We currently have an opportunity to work with one of our clients as part of their test and release service front end team, to support the customer in the change process within the scope and boundaries of the T&RS service catalogue.

Responsibilities include

- Management and co-ordination of the Test Service requests, including the creation of JIRA tasks,
- Support for the impacting community, chasing late impacts, supporting the review cycle and returning the completed impacts to the customer within the defined and agreed SLA,
- Supporting daily triage meetings with the customer,
- Collect test and release service metrics as defined for the TSR process
- Support the desk in contracted hours to take enquiries and provide support to the customer,
- Act as the escalation point for all test and release service impacting issues,
- Supporting the ongoing improvement process
- Establish and maintain Project Delivery plans, reflecting new and established releases, using account standard planning tools and techniques,
- Assisting in managing and tracking the updates to release level and core delivery plans using Clarity and Open Workbench tools,
- Produce and analyse a suite of reports for circulation within the programme, the Account and for the Client, adhering to account standards and deadlines,
- Corroborate Project forecasts and enter into Clarity/ Opal, input revenue figures, undertake analysis of actual versus previous forecasts, using standard and non standard Business Objects reports,
- Understand and participate in Change Control activity within the Programme, receipt and distribution of Change Requests, Proposals and associated impacts,
- Attend development and progress meetings, producing reports and minutes,
- Provide specific support to PMO Managers, release managers, Core delivery Managers and Technical team Leaders to implement changes,
- Assist in tracking implementation of developed improvements within the PMO and wider programme and work co-operatively to support other PMO team members in delivery of complimentary PMO service changes.

Essential technical skills

- ISEB Programme & Project Management Foundation or equivalent (or willingness to study for same)
- Have a sound knowledge of Risks and Issues Management, evidenced by their ability to establish and verify risks and issues, and produce reports reflecting same for Risk Review meetings
- Be competent user of MS Office, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong collaborative skills
