Your new role

Your new role as Customer Relationship Manager will involve you guiding customers throughout the journey of purchasing a property. Your responsibilities will include, managing the entire client process ensuring the upmost quality of service, monitor customer expectations and benchmark against charter, ensure that options and choices are in line with build programmes and being instrumental of implementing a culture of customer focus.

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to be successful in this role you will need to have experience in a demanding customer service environment within the construction or house building industry, excellent levels of IT literacy and MS packages, excellent numeracy skills in order to control budgets, you will need exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, you will be a confident communicator and be flexible to at times work outside of work hours.
