About the Role
Developer Services is on a journey to lead the market and be one of the easiest companies to deal with for our customers. This is against the backdrop of regulatory reform and wider industry changes. As Project Manager within the Developer Services team you will work as part of a wider Programme of change aimed at delivering business improvements in a fast paced, challenging yet rewarding environment. These business improvements cover the full spectrum of change such as people, process and technology, and whilst you will be managing the overall project, you will be working closely with colleagues from across the business to deliver your outcomes. You will provide Project Management expertise to the department, working closely with the Sponsor and Subject matter Experts (SME's) taking projects through the full lifecycle, utilising the company's common methodology.

As a Project Manager, your key skills and competencies will include:
* Manage single or multiple projects dependant on size and complexity. * Produce robust business cases including clear project costs and business benefits in line with specified deadlines. * Shapes projects into clear plans for delivery - working with business teams. * Manages the delivery of change plans predominantly through work of self and co-ordination of others. * Identifies, owns and facilitates the resolution or mitigation of risks and issues. * Engages and motivates project team member's teams to deliver outcomes. * Ensure that effective governance for each project is setup and maintained.
