A Day in the Life...
As a General Manager you will manage the day to day aspect of the Pizza Hut Delivery store. Overseeing all aspects of the Pizza Hut business you will create a culture to be proud of, coaching, supporting, motivating and engaging all employees.
Expect a role that'll stretch you every day. When you're not taking calls, sorting out rotas or motivating the team, you'll take the lead on promotions designed to boost turnover. You’ll have complete financial responsibility for your operation. And provided you maintain brand values, you'll have the freedom and autonomy to run the unit your way.
You'll have shown you can supervise others and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Perhaps you're in the food services industry already. Maybe you're in retail. Whatever applies, you'll have the leadership credentials to take on this exciting challenge.
- Previous experience of managing a diverse workforce
- Commercial Awareness
- Understanding of P&L
- Demonstrates strong Sales Focus
- Basic HR/ER knowledge (disciplinary/grievance process)
- Strong Communication skills, at all levels
- Presentation Skills
- A track record of developing people
