My client are a leading software house providing software and web applications to over 40% of the market and are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their expanding team.
As a successful Customer Support Advisor your will be responsible for:
*Managing support calls and acting as a first point of contact
*Identification and solution of support queries
*Liaison with Insurance companies, Brokers and other specialists
*Providing technical support
*Keeping the customer informed
*Escalating any unsolved queries to 3rd line
As a successful Customer Support Advisor you will need to be experienced in:
*Providing excellent Customer Service for both internal and external customers
*Working in the Insurance/Broker industry
*Great communication skills, including professional telephone manner
*Troubleshooting technical problems (preferably software related)
*Investigative and logical approach to problem solving
*Fully competent in Microsoft Office and Windows
It would be beneficial as a Customer Service Advisor if you have had experience in:
*1st/2nd line IT Support
*Insurance industry
*Relevant Insurance industry qualifications
*Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance
*Software house environment
