Our client, a market leader in telecommunications, is looking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator (a fluent French speaker would be a bonus).

The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, running usage reports, responding to billing queries and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

As part of his/her duties, the sales support administrator will seize the opportunity to act as part of a small, yet cohesive team of sales professionals responsible for expanding the business throughout the U.K. In view of the typical size of sales contracts already established, strong emphasis will be placed upon being logical, pro-active and process driven.

This will be an excellent ground level entrance into a dynamic sales environment. The role will be key to develop and sustain close working relationships with key customer accounts, to understand their priorities and requirements and to communicate these to operational personnel.

Some of the responsibilities:

- Achieving sales admin standards and being measured by results
- Negotiation with customers on usage and credits
- Monitoring and accurate reporting of tasks and processes
- Support of sales campaigns and initiatives throughout the U.K and Europe
- To work closely with the Sales Admin Manager and sales teams in the U.K and Europe
- Liaising with other departments, where appropriate, to co-ordinate and propose business solutions which meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner
- Efficient administration of key customers to ensure that agreed service levels are met and that client expectations are achieved
- Contributing as a key member of the U.K. sales team, including active participation in Regional sales meetings

Skill Profile:

- PC literate, high level of Excel competency (Intermediate as a minimum)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment

Personal Profile:

- Excellent attention to details is essential
- Highly organised coupled with the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
- Smart and professional appearance
- Excellent team player, personable and able to operate at all levels
- Previous experience in administration
