Optima Plus Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Liability Claims Handler on behalf of a high growth organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent.
To provide a fast and efficient and accurate claims handling service to the highest of standards for various insurers. You will be providing support to policy holders, clients and brokers to ensure that they receive exceptional customer care and support while dealing with claims and enquiries.
Duties and responsibilities:
•Be capable of investigating liability and making decisions based on the facts of the claim
•Monitoring the progress of a claim
•Be able to identify cases where we have reasons to consider further investigation relating to fraud or causation
•Be capable of validating claims against policy information to ensure Indemnity verified
•Applying accurate reserves based on the facts presented
•Maintaining a claims allocation
Essential requirements to apply for this role:
• Quantum experience
•Must have claims experience preferably in public liability and employees liability
•Must be computer literate
•Have a pro-active approach to solve people and customer problems and to remain focused on priorities for the team as a whole when faced with conflicting demands
