We are looking for a team of Fleet Operations Advisors to join a financial company within the automotive sector. Fleet Operations Advisors provide a dedicated Fleet Management Service primarily to business users from activation of an agreement to collection of the vehicle at the end of the contract ensuring that vehicles and customers are supported at every stage.

Job Role
?? To work as part of a team delivering a best in class customer experience
?? Provide extensive and in depth Product and Service knowledge, acting as a Fleet expert with the utmost integrity to guide, advise and nurture the customer and building a comprehensive understanding of their requirements
?? Provide a dedicated Fleet Management Service, ensuring that vehicles, customers, suppliers and retailers are supported at every stage of the agreement lifecycle
?? Demonstrate strong dispute and objection-handling skills, exploring options in order to resolve customer queries
?? Act as intermediary between customers, appropriate departments, 3rd party suppliers and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction
?? Ensuring ownership is taken and promises made are delivered against
?? Follow internal policies and processes to ensure that any administration tasks are completed appropriately

Qualifications and Experience
?? Confident and customer focussed with excellent verbal and written communications skills and a meticulous attention to detail
?? Proven experience of working within a Financial Services regulated environment is preferred, however a customer service background will be considered as full training will be provided
?? Experience of organising and co-ordinating tasks; in a high volume, highly detailed, deadline-oriented environment
?? Flexible in working hours, in order to meet the needs of the organisation
?? Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment while ensuring a high level of Customer Service is delivered to both external and internal Customers

Hours: 40 hours per week - Shift patterns between 09:00 - 19:00
