We are looking for an ambitious administrator who holds attention to detail in the highest regard. The role will require you to be the first point of contact to our clients and candidates therefore a strong customer service background is crucial.
You will be required to complete the administration duties of the branch from data inputting to assisting with the payroll of the branch temporary workforce. You will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager and working in sync with our highly successful Stoke team.
This is a central role within the branch and in addition to Customer Service experience you will need to possess:
* An excellent telephone manner, with confidence speaking on the phone and face to face.
* Organisation skills, whilst dealing with high volumes of work.
* Previous employment in a reception or administrative role.
* Strong awareness of compliance and it's importance.
* Be comfortable and confident with computers.
* Have experience with producing payroll and reconciling invoices.
