20 Hours per week - Part Time Customer Service Advisors - Kenilworth
Our very successful and growing client based in Kenilworth (10 minutes from Coventry) are currently searching for 10 - 20 Part Time Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

If you are looking for part time work in a well - established successful and expanding company this is the role for you! We require customer service experience. This can within finance, administration, retail, health and beauty, care or even door to door sales!
NO sales or cold calling involved!
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding queries and complaints
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaising with internal departments
- Responding to customer cancellations
- Providing knowledge to customers to create an informative service
- Providing a consistently good level of customer service within a timely manner and within SLA's
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience of working within customer service
- Must have your own transport due to location of the company
GBP7.20 - GBP7.50 (minimum wage age reflected) for first 8 weeks - GBP17,000 when permanent!
20 hours per week
5 days a week between the days on Monday - Saturday
The 4 hour shifts are either 8am - 12pm OR 4pm - 8pm.
Saturdays are 1 in 3 per month and Saturday hours are 8.00am - 1.00pm
Overtime is available and flexibility is required.
