They are a large manufacturing company based south of Derby recruiting a Marketing Communications Manager. Part of a global organisation, this company has excellent products with strong brand recognition within their industry

The role for Marketing Communication Manager:

As the Marketing Communication Manager, you will be a hands-on marketer reporting into the marketing director with autonomy over long term strategy for product communications. You will be the driving force to improving lead generation campaigns in line with budget guidelines and reporting on ROI. You will develop segmented campaigns appropriate to the target audience to market new product launches, promotions etc. You will manage the customer journey mapping, develop the CRM and analyse touch points.

The requirements for Marketing Communication Manager:

Although you won't have direct reports straight away it is a possibility moving forward so a candidate who has managed or ready to take that step would be preferred. You will have proven experience of driving a campaign from concept to delivery to promote tangible products. You will be able to demonstrate how you have identified appropriate channels for target audiences and analyse the ROI to shape future initiatives.

  • At least 5 years multiple communication campaign experience for tangible products
