FS / IFA Administrator - Part Time - Alcester
Part-time Financial Services Administrator - 3 days per week. Reduced working hours.
A specialist Financial Advisory practice has an excellent opportunity for a Part-time Financial Services Administrator to join an existing support team near to Alcester, Warwickshire.
This newly created position will handle administration for Financial Advisers specialising in client advice linked to pension transfers away from Define Benefit DB schemes.
Dealing with client enquiries
File checking - ensuring all documents are present on file
Ensuring electronic files are accurate and duplications are avoided
Preparation of annual reviews, making amendments and fund switches as applicable
General administrative duties linked with office
Skills and experience required;
The ideal candidate will have supported financial advisers or be from a pension administration background.
This may include a private client or corporate consultancy (IFA or EB practice) or in-house/ 3rd party pension administration.
High levels of accuracy
This is a part-time requirement to include the equivalent of three days per week.
