Business Improvement and Performance Manager

Salary: GBP44,000

Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, 37 hours per week

Data driven decision-making and improvement is at the heart of what they do and as their Business Insight and Performance Manager you will bring a strategic approach to achieving excellence across the group.

You will lead the Insight and Performance Team and guide them to achieve the strategic priorities of performance, efficiency improvements, process re-engineering and customer experience. This will involve project and programme management across a range of different teams to improve performance, embed best practice and support the development of a customer focussed, performance motivated culture across teams.

Their ideal candidate will be an excellent manager of people, projects and resources and will be degree qualified, possess a professional qualification or be qualified by experience to an equivalent level. With a commitment to continuous improvement, you will need to be an adaptable and flexible problem solver to meet the demands of an ever-changing environment.

Strong persuasion and influencing skills are a must coupled with the ability to understand services from multiple dimensions including customer, cost and internal processes. This challenging role would suit a highly organised individual with the ability to work collaboratively and handle pressurised situations and conflict in a calm and confident manner.
