PA to General Manager
SF Group are recruiting for a boutique hotel brand based in Worcestershire.
6 Month FTC available for an experienced PA ideally with a background in the hospitality industry.
This position will include undertaking a detailed handover from the current PA before commencing assignment
Duties & Responsibilities:
- All aspects of general administration
- Diary management
- Attending meetings, taking minuets and audio typing notes
- Travel arrangements (occasionally required to undertake travel with the general manager to locations around the UK dependant on the needs of the business)
- Light HR duties to be undertaken on a confidential basis
- Light Finance work involving expenses and business profit and loss.
