Our highly established client based in Lichfield are recruiting due to expansion and growth in business.

They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Day to day duties include:

  • Working in a fast paced, busy environment
  • Contacting customers regarding orders
  • Processing sales
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Dealing with complaints and resolving any problems that may occur
  • Liaising with courier companies
  • Providing full after sales service
  • Dealing with general customer queries

Skills and Experience required:

  • General customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Order processing experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work as a team

Working hours:

9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays


GBP17,000-GBP18,000 Per annum DOE
