Customer Service Administrator / Contracts Manager



Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a client with an immediate vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator / Contracts Manager to join their team in Redditch on a permanent basis.

My client, a national organisation and a market leader in their field have a new vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator / Contracts Manager to project manage installations for new customers.

Acting as a central point of contact you will liaise with end customers, contractor's, suppliers and other internal departments to ensure new installations run smoothly.

Key duties will include:

  • Answer customer queries
  • Book and log service calls
  • Sign off jobs at the end of each day
  • Communicate with service engineers / contractors documenting workload
  • Process reports from Project Managers
  • Order equipment and arrange deliveries
  • Update work schedules
  • Programme rectification works
  • Investigate issues with Customer Services and support the process

This is a varied and busy role often working under pressure and to tight deadlines. My client is seeking an organised customer service focused individual with the ability to problem solve, multi task and use your own initiative to ensure projects run smoothly. You will have patience and empathy when dealing with customers and be assertive in order to ensure contractors / service engineers adhere to schedule.

Working office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm my client is offering a competitive salary of GBP20k and an immediate start is available for the right candidate.
