Our client is a leading telecommunications and security solutions contractor for station, depot and trackside applications. They work to the rigorous technical and health and safety standards set by the UK rail industry, holding a Network Rail Contractor Licence and are experienced in industry standard Safe System of Works guidelines and procedures. Currently a GBP50M turnover company, their plans for expansion will see them turnover GBP170M by 2018.

The company is looking for a Safety, Quality and Environmental Manager to work out of their Midlands based office. The Maanger must have Rail experience.

The Role
To maintain the existing management systems used within the company and continually monitor and improve the development of the systems
Review of non conformance reports for suitability
Preparation of the management reveiw meetings and conducting the meetings ensuring all actions captured and recorded
Project specific managmeent plan implementation
Audit report summary presentation to the DOSS
Production of SQE KPI's
Internal / Site audits
Resource forecasting of the SQE team
Ensuring all accidents and/or incidents are investigated and reported to the DOSS

Key Skills / Qualifications
5 years minimum experience of management systems
OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001
Formal qualification in H & S, Environmental, Quality disciplines
Lead Audit Qualification
Degree or HND
