Our client is a well-established, family run, food wholesaler based in Ludlow, South Shropshire, offering a range of Frozen/Chilled/Ambient & Non Foods. We currently cover Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands and Mid Wales. Our diverse customer base includes; independent pubs, restaurants and hotels, cafes, outside caterers, nursing homes, schools etc..
They require an Account Manager to deliver and exceed sales and profit targets within existing Foodservice accounts.
The successful candidate must have previous Foodservice / catering supplies selling experience, with an impressive new business track record.
You will need to maintain and develop existing business relationships and have the confidence to approach prospective business with a talent for influencing and closing. You will have the ability to maximise selling opportunities through customer needs analysis, with the resilience to keep going. Your capacity to allocate quality time and to interpret and act on data to achieve customer solutions will complement your grasp of profit management, negotiating skills and ability to organise and self-motivate. Other attributes will include:
- Maintain and develop your knowledge of the Bikold product range.
- Maintain a high level of competitor awareness
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Must have a full clean UK driving license.
Salary - GBP25,000 basic + GBP6,000 Bonus Scheme - OTE GBP31,000 Plus company car, mobile phone and laptop/tablet
