They are currently searching for a Quality Process Improvement - CAE Body Engineering to join their team on a long term rolling contract basis You will be based within the body engineering team working onsite the production plant in the West Midlands *****Quality Process Improvement - CAE Body Engineering***** Base 40 hours per week with a 3.30 pm finish on all Fridays GBP22.17 per hour Limited company / umbrella *****Quality Process Improvement - CAE Body Engineering***** Division: Body Engineering Location: Gaydon Position Description: - Lead Body CAE process improvement by the identification and development of automation processes to ensure quality, consistent, and efficient model build, efficient analyses, key results extraction, and file size reduction, including deckbuilder exploitation. Skills Required: 3 KEYS KILLS - Strong ability to programme/script in one or more languages e.g. Excel, TCL, Perl, Python, etc. - Problem solving mindset - Desire to look and create more efficient solutions. Previous experience of data mining. Previous experience and background in solving complex technical ideas and challenges - Practical desire as a tinker or build personality to optimise methods or environments they are in e.g. home or at work Experience Required: - Willingness to share knowledge and teach/mentor others - Ability to research and work independently - Creative mindset for solution generation - Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience Preferred: - Experience in continuous improvements to business processes to support customer service and financial objectives - Awareness of FEA methodology
