Our client, a car registration company is looking for a Telesales Executive within a commutable distance to Birmingham. They are offering a basic Salary of around £20K dependant on experience, plus bonus, free parking, further benefits and excellent long term career progression. The Role
Working from the head office based in Central Birmingham, the challenges for the Telesales Executive are:
* Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
* Managing the full sales cycle from start to finish
* Ensuring you deliver against your own monthly revenue targets as well as identifying further revenue opportunities.
* Making sure you get "stuck in" from day one and use your own initiative

The Candidate
We are looking for an ambitious, confident and proactive person who is motivated to achieve targets and hit deadlines. You will ideally have worked in a similar sales role and have experience of dealing with all types of customers. You will have a professional yet fun approach, along with the ability to work as part of a diverse team.

You will have the following skills & attributes:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous telephone sales experience
* The ability to open and close a sale
* Proven track record of hitting set targets and KPI's
* Excellent organisation skills
* Able to work autonomously
