Job Description: Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role: Division: Purchasing Position Description: - To scope, create and deliver new SharePoint sites to meet User requirements and adhering to corporate branding standards - To add new content to existing SharePoint sites and propose/deliver improvements to existing functionality - To create and deliver SharePoint training to meet the needs of different audiences to enable updates to the site to be completed at local departmental level Skills Required: > Background in project management > High level of skills in developing SharePoint sites and comparable communication media > Excellent interpersonal and communication skills > Self-motivated, proactive and able to deliver accurate work with minimal supervision > Well organised with a high level of attention to detail > Ability to engage, support and influence a large diverse community of stakeholders and users > Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks within an ambiguous project landscape Experience Required: > Development and implementation of intranet sites > Creation and delivery of communication material to a wide audience > Proven track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels > Experience developing Excel and VBA applications, formulas and macros would be an advantage Education Required: Degree preferable but not essential Please note to apply for this position, you MUST have either a UK or EU passport or a Visa that does not require sponsorship of any kind.
