Successful software solutions provider is looking for a new business sales professional with a value based approach to selling Time and Attendance (T&A), Workforce Management (WFM), Rostering, Scheduling solutions. Strong pipeline of opportunity. West Midlands office based, UK wide territory. Market leaders its target sector. Excellent career opportunities and good package c £40k base, £90k OTE and benefits.

To succeed in this role you will:

  • have a successful background in software solutions sales (field based)
  • possess a track record of achievement against target
  • understand workforce management, time and attendance, rostering, scheduling solutions
  • be experienced in Huthwaite Spin, value based solution sales approaches
  • be driven to succeed in sales, working from qualified leads, and self generating leads
