We are currently recruiting in our Commercial Department for a Senior National Account Manager. We are looking for an experienced individual to deliver Company Budgeted Volume and Profit targets for Customer Channels. To be accountable for the management of Muller Milk and Ingredients strategic customers over 70m litres Per Annum. Your challenge In this role the key responsibilities will include: * To deliver account budgets DB1 & Volume targets within Multiple retail customers across all categories, including; White Milk Cream Flavoured Milk Butter Brand - FRijj * To drive distribution and share of space on the FRijj Brand. * To be responsible for building and executing FRijj promotional plans. * To lead & negotiate cost price changes where applicable. * To negotiate and deliver the annual business plans with MMI strategic customers. * To develop multi-functional business plans. * To manage & influence senior stakeholders at all levels of the business. * To engage the customer across multiple contact points including: Agriculture, Commercial, Customer, Supply Chain, and Innovation & Quality. * To lead Cross Functional teams to deliver and execute customer joint business plans. * To support shopper marketing manager in execution of 'best in class' trade marketing plans. * To support Category & Innovation teams in execution of projects. * To support the Business Unit Head. * To lead development of long term sustainable growth plans with key customers. * To lead minor customer projects. * To be accountable for delivery of demand review, commercial review & annual business planning cycle * To work with the demand planner to ensure accurate Forecasts across all categories. * To be responsible for management of customer promotional investment within budgeted spend. * To demonstrate a full understanding of key profitability measures for customers. * To lead the monthly internal business review for your customer, including presentation to the Commercial Leadership Team. * To set KPIs and targets linked to customer plan. * To develop National Account Executives as future potential for National Account Manager roles / recognize NAE development areas, and build individual plans to support future potential. * To embed a high performance culture through effective coaching, development and performance management of people. Key skills & experience * Graduate calibre with a minimum of A level qualifications or equivalent is essential. * Full UK Driving License * People Management / Leadership skills. * Communication & Influencing skills. * Working within an External Sales environment * Strong Time Management & Organisation Skills * Selling & Negotiation skills * Takes a solution focused approach to problem solving. * Analytical Skills. * Presentation Skills. * Highly capable on IT systems including Excel, Power-point & Outlook. * High listening skills with the ability to disseminate key information. * Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels across the business. * Experience in dealing with complex agendas spanning multiple functions. * Leads by example / highly self-motivated * Strong Financial & Commercial Acumen.
