GBP20,000 - GBP22,00 + Benefits + Progression

This job as a SOUS CHEF has everything, progression, autonomy, a great hand's on senior team a Head Chef that wants input, yes you can run the kitchen if you like and all this in an Amazing venue PLUS A WORK LIFE BALANCE / NO LATE NIGHTS what other job can offer sooooo much!

For this role, you must be a TALENTED Sous Chef to work directly with the Head Chef; someone that wants as much accountable as a Head Chef, confident and comfortable to run the brigade and kitchen.

Have input into costings, ingredients, suppliers and menu changes; also at this venue there are MULTIPLE MENUS being ran at the same time, Restaurants, C&B and Events???.

This is an amazing venue with the busiest serving times being 11:30AM - 2:30PM (3 hrs) 5 days out of 7

You must be used to VERY BUSY burst periods within the venue and must ability to cope, not just food delivery but also Managing the kitchen team and identifying if there is a training need to give the team the autonomy this business likes to give its people.

The type of person that would suit this type of role, is someone that has worked within an environment that has lots of things going on (ALL AT THE SAME TIME) so Hotels, Sports Arenas, Football Clubs, Casinos, Weddings / Function Venues, Race Courses, Tourist attractions and family days out with a difference.
