Wake Night Support Worker
CareTech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.
We are looking for additional Wake Night Support Workers to join our Supported Living Sites covering West Bromwich. We’re looking for staff members who can demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. You should have the confidence to handle complex behaviours that sometimes maybe deemed challenging.
Previous experience within a Supported Living Site would be preferable. Due to the nature of the role a female support worker would be preferable.
The post includes day shifts, sleep ins and waking nights.

Applicants must have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent and willing to work towards NVQ Level 3.
All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
